How It Works - 01
Engage us, and we will have you fill out an online questionnaire so that we can become familiar with your property. Later we may ask for more details we require as well as for specific photos not available on your AirBnB and/or Realtors.com listings.

Signs / Notices
We are also including with each design a set of 32 single-page signs or notices. Each features a simple, minimalistic but eye-catching design and is intended to be left on countertops, affixed to the refrigerator, placed in rooms, etc. Just simple reminders usually with one topic per sign.

What do you need from us to get started?
First, if you have not already told us, contact us with the link to where your property is listed, such as with AirBnb and/or elsewhere.
In the meantime, we will send you a link for an online questionnaire. Please fill it in and submit it to us.
We will examine your response and get back to you soon afterward.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal. We will invoice you through PayPal and accept payments through them. Don’t worry if you do not have a PayPal account. You can pay with your credit/debit card using PayPal without an account.
How long after ordering will it take to complete the book?
Depending on how soon you can complete the online questionnaire and respond to us with answers to any further questions we may have or send us any additional photos we may require, we can usually send you the first draft in about a week.
After you either approve it or make requests for revisions, we can send you the final version in a few business days.
HOWEVER, if you are in a hurry, please tell us. We will try our best to expediate the process.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is an American company established in December 1998. While undergoing a few name changes, it has grown to become a highly-reputed and extremely-popular payment processor for internet money transfers, trusted by millions of consumers and businesses in more than 200 countries around the world. At one time, it was a subsidiary of eBay but has since spun off as a separate publicly-traded company, Even if you have never heard of PayPal, chances are that one of your family members, friends, or business associates has an account. Currently, it has over 431 million active users.
I'm not good at writing. How can you help?
As long as you can send us the basic details about your property, we can do the heavy lifting when it comes to writing.
For payment, do I need a PayPal account?
No, you do not. Even though subscription payments will be billed through PayPal, you do not need an account with them. You can pay with your credit or debit card without opening an account with them.
Depending on your location, during the initial payment processing PayPal may offer you an opportunity to open an account with them. You can simply decline their offer and carry on with the payment processing.
What about researching what is nearby us?
Tell us what you can about the attractions, facilities, establishments, etc. nearby your property, and we will do the rest of the research.
If I order the Extended Delivery option, how will you install the flipbook on my site?
You will have to give us access to the administration part of your website, at lease temporarily. Then, in the case of a WordPress site, we will use an app called a “plugin” to display your Welcome Book. If you have a non-Wordpress site, we will enter a special HTML code.
Alternatively, if you have a webmaster and would prefer that person do the installation, we can send all the necessary files and details. The process is not extremely difficult and that person should not have any problems making the installation.
What about printing out my new Welcome Book?
Basically, there are 3 approaches:
1) Do it yourself
If you have a mid- to top-tier printer and high-quality paper, and have had some experience with it, you should be capable of printing out the book to a sufficient degree of quality to distribute to your guests.
2) Use local printing shops
In addition to local shops that specialize in printing photos and documents, many communities have places that offer printing services, such as FedEx Offices, Staples, Office Depot, and OfficeMax, or the equivalent.
3) Use an online printing service
There are websites where you can upload your Welcome Book file and have it printed in the quantities your require and shipped to you. Examples include Vistaprint, Shutterfly, and Snapfish.
Can you make the flipbook size larger?
Yes. The flipbooks displayed above were aligned side by side for comparison and we had to make them slightly small.
When we install the flipbook on your site, it will be larger.
